Tonight we ordered a pizza, baked potato, and onion rings. 20 mins later the delivery arrives and a little boy standing at my door hands me a bent pizza box with the rest of food on top lodged in the bent box. Onion rings were hot, but as for the rest of it…the baked potato was not fresh and was cold and as for the pizza…it had clearly fallen / was crushed and the pizza toppings had slid of the side as well as stuck all on the top of the box! To top it off, it was cold!!! Phoned to complain and was told they need to see the pizza before any action and will then send another?!? Tried to say potato not cold and fresh when it was cold and old!! Nothing about the little boy who must’ve been no more than 11 years old. I said I wanted a refund - they insisted on seeing pizza. I ended up driving to the shop myself and gave them back the bloody pizza and baked potato. Nothing but excuses and not even a single apology among them - they were only interested in covering their backs. Seriously disgusting service. Never again use Dhillons in Falkirk!! Stay clear.
This place is the worst kebab that I have ever had. I came in and ordered a mixed meat kebab with out salad and sauce and a calzone kebab pizza. I received my order and taken it home and when I got home it was totally wrong ?? I got salad in the kebab and sauce and the meat in it was tasteless the calzone pizza wasn’t much better. In all honesty I would not buy anything from this place EVER.
Awful!!! Called for a simple chicken korma and naan told me I’d ordereecjist chicken curry. They told me they would sort it time I got it home cold soggy naan/pakora and then my meal was still wrong a chicken tikka not a korma but when I called I was wrong that Infact my plate of tiki was definitely not wrong total joke wee boys running it without a clue or a care for customer service.
Food is excellent quality and delivery is extremely efficient. I had 2 pizzas, one of them being free due to the brilliant double up deal and a baked potato which was loaded with toppings,hot and fluffy just like you want it. My friend had a donner kebab and generous is an understatement when it comes to portion size in terms of value, absolutely packed with top quality donner and fresh salad in a soft pitta. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fast, good value, high quality meal and one of the best takeaways I've had in a while will definitely be a returning customer next time my belly is craving a good treat
Only really get pizzas from here and to be quite frank they are really good. I order through the app which is really handy although you can't specify a time for collection not that I can see anyway so just order when you can collect within half an hour. There base's do not have any spices on them whatsoever that you may get from other takeaway which is perfect for my family especially when one member has IBS and the slightest bit of spiciness can cause issues. Did get their chicken pakora once and was really disappointed with it hence sticking to pizzas. That may just be my taste buds though. Sticking to Mrs Unis ones for home cooking. Staff are very pleasant.
As expected from the chain , shame that their down a few stores like Polmont and Grangemouth so deliveries have been bit hit and miss as has some of their food. Reasonable pricing and choices of food mean it is usually a consideration for buying. Location could be better for parking and access.
Best place for burgers by far. fast delivery and food is always fresh. Chocolate chip dough balls are absolutely amazing ! Staff are so nice too Would recommend
Nice enough quality but small portions
Disgusting... food squashed abd stuck to inside of carton. A company who clearly only interested in collecting every possible penny from the customer... more interested in cashing in rather than quality of the food served. Was even charged £7.03 for two identical meals.. charged for carrier bag without even being asked... bad taste in mouth .. no pun intended. Won't return
Pizzas are actually really good and so is the chicken pakora probably go again, thumbs up
