Used to be great but has only 2 members of staff that ever give good food. The Scottish lady and the tall, young lad with the beard get 5 stars but the rest of them get no stars. The food from anyone other than the 2 mentioned is utter rubbish. Forgetting salt and vinegar, leaving food wrapped going soggy before the rest of the food is ready, small portions, carelessly wrapped so it falls apart when you open it, sauce slopped on, or all the s and v in one place so 5 chips are covered in salt and the rest have none. Money used to be well spent here all the time with the odd exception, that has now reversed with most of the time feeling ripped off. People that can't listen on the phone, or write well enough for the rest of the staff to understand shouldn't be taking phone orders.
