Issue with a domestic gas boiler following a routine inspection and their service was exceptional. Friendly staff members who took the time to explain what was needed and why rather than hiding behind "trade" language. Safety is key and with super friendly staff I will be recommending them to friends and colleagues in Belfast. Thanks again.Services: Heating system repair
I would highly recommend DG Gas Safety. We were having problems with our old boiler and got in touch with Glen through one of his team. Glen had a look at the job and the best way to complete it. He gave a really good price for the work and that's what was paid. The guys who did the work were excellent. They arrived on time, did a great job and left the place clean and tidy. Great customer service overall.
Had DG gas services out today having only phoned them the day before. Glen was amazing man. Serviced my fire, not to say that it's as old as the hills and not been Serviced or cleaned in over 15 years. What a fantastic job he did . Glen was friendly and helpful. Cleaned up the mess, totally dismantled the fire to reach the back boiler. Cleaned everything, tested everything with enjoyment doing his job. I would recommend this company 100% too anyone. Job well done Glen.
