Lovely furniture at competitive prices. The saleswoman was very friendly and helpful. We were well informed and made to feel confident our purchase would be perfect for us. After sales care is very good, someone came to our house to check the settee would be the right size, at no extra cost and if it hadn't been we would have been able to change it.

Great people, really welcoming atmosphere the staff are very knowledgeable and want to help with all aspects of the sale. Been into some other reatailing on site and locally but nothing could match the service I received firstly last week Phil and then a lovely lady called Toni completed our order today. Can not fault them been a pleasure.

Arrived dressed smartly actually wanting to purchase a chair that matches my sofas. Totally ignored until we passed 2 men who were planning to move some furniture around they looked at me and my son didn't speak directly to use but laughed saying get them to help look like they could move furniture. Rude people Brigg Dfs

Ordered a two sofas two years ago The frame on one of the sofas broke three times in the same place. It was repaired several times; each time assured it wouldn't happen again! Finally DFS agreed to replace the sofa... but couldn't as it was no longer being produced to a manufacture fault! We asked for refund, which was refused but told we could have a credit note for same value, albeit to be spent in a specific time frame. We ordered one sofa under duress as we at that point were redecorating. We went to order a sofa costing some £3700 in August, in the colour as per swatch. It arrived on the 18th November in a different colour. After 1 month afterwards acknowledged the swatch was labelled wrongly. Naturally we asked for compensation and the sofa in the right colour. Now two months later we have been offered £200. What an insult given the inconvenience, time and energy. Plus no sofa for Christmas. Today we have insisted on a refund for the remaining money. We will never shop there again.
