I came here to get two helix piercings in one session. The woman who pierced me was very lovely however I was charged £70 to get two helixes done, which I thought was very unusual since most places don't charge this much. She was very kind and talked me through the whole process and was very hygienic, however she used very short bars to pierce my ears and left no room for swelling. This made the two piercings embed into my ear. After a week of no reply from the shop about my problem, I came in person to get both helix piercings removed - only to be charged another £5 and waited one hour and a half even though I was told the wait would only be 30 minutes. The man who took out my piercings did not bother talking me through the process or warn me about any pain. He forced the jewelry out of my ear then cleaned it with a paper towel - no disinfectant was used at all and this process was done within 2 minutes. This place was a waste of my money and time.Service:&nbsp;Ear piercing

I felt misled as I called up the studio and they said that a helix piercing is £25. I went to get my piercing done and they charged me £20 for helix piercing and £35 for jewellery. £35 was the cheapest jewellery for one stud. When I did go to pay they said that they must take £20 in cash and the rest in card. Why did they need to take the £20 in cash and not all by card?? They staffs were rude and was not a friendly atmosphere at all. I was so disappointed as I got my nose piercing done there too last year but I definitely won't be going back there!!Service:&nbsp;Ear piercing

Absolutely amazing service and Dean was brilliant; so friendly and warm. His tattoos are amazing and really took his time, I reviewed all of the tattoo shops as this was a present for my wife 40th birthday and they treated her like a queen. Went to get my ear pierced here and was charged a very high price for the piercing and jewellery. After 8 months of having a sore ear and it not healing and going back to the shop to be told we werent cleaning them enough, both me and the person I went with who got theirs done too have gone to 2 different piercers that have told us the same thing, the jewellery was too heavy to be used as a first bar, the bars weren't long enough for swelling and they don't fit the anatomy of our ears. I've had to remove the bar I spent alot of money on due to this. Absolute waste of money, and after a week or two, our ears are better! Wouldn't go back here. Only interested in the money and not the wellbeing of the customer.Service:&nbsp;Ear piercing

Do not go here they will waste your time. Was waiting here for 50 minutes and was asked multiple times about the piercing. A man replied very rudely. I couldn’t get the piercing done due to closing however this was not told to me during the wait. Awful service.

I had my first piercing with Elly and she was so nice and kept talking me through the process which helped in calming my nerves. I like that she was very hygienic and kept changing gloves to keep things sterile. All the staff were very friendly and professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend this studio and definitely be coming back!

Great experience at Design 4 Life, Got my first tattoo with Lea Brown on 18/04/2022, completed the design before I arrived. Really friendly, answered all my questions, great chat & heavy metal playlist. 100% recommend!

Worst piercing experience I've had! I had a double lobe piercing which bled heavily and constantly for 48 hours afterwards. The pain was extreme, with paracetamol not helping and so I was left with no choice but to have them removed. I've had previous piercings elsewhere with no problems at all. Would not recommend!
