Lindsay and the staff at Derwenside Funeral Services provided a professional and friendly service at our recent family funeral. Nothing was a problem to them . They were very helpful and even arranged for the funeral party to return to their recently decorated premises at Consett .They also arranged the catering which was very good and really helpful to us. My son died on December 16 2020. From the first phone calls to derwemtside funeral service the man management skills were zero. I and my sons family were disgusted with the way my son was taken care off....l have never known a funeral company so inadequate. I hope they have learnt from there mistakes. I was and still am disgusted at their treatment to my son .
Nice, polite and they have some lovely head stones.
