Derek's gym is in it's 45th year in Chepstow, the Gym is an old school body building and fitness gym run by Derek Pratt, now in his 70's Derek still trains regular through the week is on hand to give advice on training and diet plans for both body building and fitness.
1 years membership is just £15 a year and then £2.50 a session or £3.50 for non members, you can pay £45.00 for 3 months of sessions and train as many times you want or pay £80 for 6 months.
There is a large stock of proteins and supplements at very competitive prices.
