I love the customer service soon I will buy the Derby City Council to build a nice parking lot and to charge people £5 an hour for the parking space better than £70 fine. Love it that's why I pay £110 a month council tax. Next year I will be even happier because the council tax is going up.

Contacted switchboard with a problem with Gold card - Ruth who dealt with this was excellent - friendly, professional and efficient.

If these people were employed by a private company thay would b saked years ago ,lets start a campain to with hold our rates tax , and nobody turn out out to vote. Till the people of derby get a better deal .tried to report fly tipping and got told to do it on line how far away do u think the flly tippers will be by then. council only intrested in getting in our pockets .and appreering on telly as the good guys .

Shocking vertiually non-existent customer service. Automatic answer phone sends you to their website or email which are equally as shocking. Takes about 3 months to reply. Very quick to respond when it means they get more council tax of course! Utter disgrace.
