We arrived before 3pm. Christmas opening hours were until 4. We were told initially we couldn’t sit in for food, which was fine because we only wanted coffees. Then another server came over and told us they were closing, even though the restaurant was full. She came back with the card machine before we had finished ordering our coffees. So then we ordered. And we were missing a mocha, so had to order it and pay again. Rude customer service and we didn’t even get an apology once. Coffees were good but we won’t be back.
