First time here tonight. Big menu choice, but this might be the problem, waiting time is horrendous, for a chippy. It’s utterly chaotic in there. It needs someone in to trouble shoot why 6 members of staff can’t get it together and get the orders out faster. The staff need to stop touching their faces and hair basic food hygiene and get on with serving the food. I saw 2 different people return wrong orders. But saying this after a long wait the chips were good and the chicken better than many others. If you don’t mind a wait give it a try.

Food is always nice, however the delivery time leaves much to be desired and shows no sign of improving you could be waiting from an hour onwards the longest I've waited was just short of two hours was getting very close to cancelling and ordering from elsewhere, if you order from the shop itself you could be waiting 15 or 20 mins for the food unusually long from what is essentially a chippy. My advice dont wait to order, order early because you're in for a long wait
Was told food will be ready in 10/15min was waiting 45min for it. Double decker burger is size of McDonald's burger and u pay £8 for it. paid £20 for 2 burgers and portion of chicken gujons. Would of been better or in McD's
Deadly food, Love the Wrap meals and burgers Wrap sauce is spot on
Just had fish and chip from Big Mac's.. Chips were really nice, fresh, crispy.. But the only way I can describe the fish is that it tasted.. Fusty.. Like a damp smell... Needless to say.. I won't be ordering again
Best Burgers, best Pizza's and a better fish than that over-rated outfit on George Street! These opinions are my own, and as usual, are usually RIGHT!
Waited a very long time on food chips were nice and the burger was ok
Absolutely brilliant! Puts McDonald's and Dominos to shame in both prices and food. This place is pretty much my entire childhood!
Lovely food, wraps are very nice and filling. And I would suggest a chip pea gravy and onion.
