"Pravesh & Rahul Randev first experimented with Indian cuisine in 1995 with the launch of Delhi Express. This grew from strength to strength and founded a sound reputation for quality and value in the local area all thanks to Mrs Randev and her traditional home cooked dishes. A few years later the brothers acquired the bakery in Millersneuk Shopping precinct with the vision to open a modern Indian restaurant and deli for the people of Lenzie and East Dunbartonshire."

Indian cuisine at its best, fabulous taste of the senses! For special occasions or a treat at the weekend this place is amazing each course simply heaven, always busy so book ahead to be sure a table. We as a large family enjoyed dishes such as the chicken japuri, South Indian garlic chilli chicken, chicken korma, the Bombay starter and the lamb bhuna superb including the professionalism and first class service of the staff, certainly will return. The sooner the better.
This was my second time and I'm now looking forward to my third. The soundings are very comfortable, the staff attentive, the manager is friendly and the food is of a really high standard. loved itFood: 5/5
I was recommended this restaurant, however I was extremely disappointed. We ordered the chicken karahi and tandoori mixed grill with popadoms. First of all, the menus were filthy - they were sticky and we found long hair in one of the pages!! We also found a small eyelash hair in one of our popadoms. I ordered a glass of rosé, however I was given a red wine although this was quickly resolved when I mentioned it to the waiter. When the karahi came, it more of a ready meal than a dish you’d find at a restaurant - lacking flavour and it wasn’t even karahi consistency in my opinion. We also paid over £22 for the mixed grill, however the portion was tiny!! Very very expensive for what it was. On the positive note, the service was very good and the atmosphere was nice. All in all however, I wouldn’t recommend .
Tried Rasoi for the first time last night, ordered the South Indian Garlic Chilli. Was quite disappointed, no flavour, no spice. Had to add salt to taste. The veg pakora was good though.
Have been enjoying Rasoi food since it opened, but have to say tonight’s food was outstanding! Specials menu, hubby had the lamb and I had the chicken, both dishes were to die for. Also aubergine starter spot on. Thank you so much for the wonderful authentic food.
One of the tastiest Indian meals we have ever had. Excellent service as well and good value for money. Definately a return visit soon.

Food is nice tbf, but 2 veg curries, 4 drinks and 1 starter = £65.
Ate here last night with an old family friend. Lovely decor in the restaurant, staff very friendly and the curries were really nice. Particularly enjoyed some of the authentic dishes they offer rather than the usual Indian fare. Really nicely spiced, not too hot and lots of other flavours coming through. Good portion sizes. Very enjoyable meal and one of the best Indians I've ever had. Really nice, if I didn't live 400 miles away I'd be back again at the weekend!
Been going to and enjoying Rasoi for past two years. Tonight's takeaway the naan bread had very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Phoned and complained to manager who assured me it would be from the charcoal used to cook it. I'm 100% sure it was cigarettes. As recent TripAdvisor reviews say curries are now watered down compared to previous. I will never return to Rasoi after this experience. There are better alternatives in Kirky
