Delgados is based in Penketh and provides exceptional Italian food in a family run establishment where quality is everything!

Story

The menu at Delgados manages to cater for everyone whilst still remaining authentic. All their dishes are freshly prepared using local seasonal produce and in addition they import some extra special ingredients direct from Italy itself. It has a vast selection of main meals from the stone-baked freshly prepared pizzas, and authentic pasta dishes, to a variety of steak and poultry dishes, each made with locally produced meat of the highest standard and, to top it all, kids can make their own pizza.

Warm and inviting Italian restaurant. It's a little hidden gem in penketh. Nothing is too much trouble and food is amazing.

Fantastic food. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very accommodating! I can't fault anything they do. Good gluten free alternatives if you need it as well.

Not an Italian restaurant, waiters so annoying try to put a fake Italian accent. Nero D'Avola instead to be a deep dark red was a red ruby (full bottle was already opened hence I believe was filled with a cheap wine). Starter was average a non crispy calamari. The main was a very bad pizza the doe was uncooked. The dessert, waste of time, a cheese cake with a very very very thin biscuit sogghie base, overfloode with a salt caramel souce... the menu is not spell correctly in Italian (i.e. pollo cacciatore is actually pollo alla cacciatore) Delgados is a Spanish name and they have quite high price compare other place (£20 for a sirloin stake). Very bad restaurant....

The best cozy, family friendly Italian place ever. The food is amazing to eat in or you can takeaway and the people who own it are so kind and friendly!

Delgado's is a great place to eat Italian food. Small place but very cosy Staff are brilliant and friendly Would highly recommend the Calzone.
