Absolutely furious! I found a pair of trainers I really liked, but unfortunately they didn't have my size. The person behind the counter offered to order some for me which would be delivered to my address in a few days, with free delivery. I was reluctant at first, but after checking in store several times during the week for my size to be stocked with no luck, and after being assured it would be "HASSLE FREE" I decided to take up the offer. This morning I wake up to a text from Deichmann saying my order cannot be fulfilled and I need to contact customer services. I tried calling several times during the day but no one answered. I even left my contact details so they could call me back but no one did. Eventually in the afternoon I thought I'd try one more time and finally got through to someone. They took my order number and told me I'm due a refund, by either cheque or bank transfer. The reason being that the trainers I ordered are not in stock, which was the whole reason I went ahead with ordering a pair! Why offer to place an order for out of stock trainers if they aren't available to order!? Complete waste of time.

A good level of choice. Not too expensive. No wait to try shoes on.
