Just had really bad customer service today.
First of all the shop was a mess
Secondly the size of shoe I needed wasn't there so looked for a member of staff to see if they had any our the back. I asked and immediately got cut off and directed to the till rudely.
I went to the till and the member of staff on the till was dealing with a query. When it came to being served she looked on the till there was in fact the size I required in the stock file. She then went over to where they were. Then went to the back leaving the till with a queue. 
She said there was none out the back so asked if there was a way to order online in store. 
She told me someone was looking out the back still. Conflicting information.
So I had to wait again.
Then another member of staff came over and took my order online. No mention if they found the shoes or not.
I'm thinking the person who was on the till lacked the training to do the order.
More training and helpful staff would make me think about using this store again in the future.
