Had a silk press here in December and was very happy with the service and Marcia was lovely and knowledgeable about how I should take care of the style and maintain it! The trim also made my hair a lot more manageable! Would definitely go again!

My experience was wonderful. I’d not had the opportunity to take care of my hair and I’m not the best at it but I didn’t feel judged at all and the service covered everything I needed. Staff are very professional and the environment was so neat. Everything about them is organised which I absolutely love and I’ll be going back for several other appointments. I found a spot for me.

Amazing service and products, I recently purchased some products from the website. The customer service was excellent, I received communication from staff about my order and when it was delivered well packed there was a handwritten thank you note. I happened to stumble on Devine Hair salon’s page on Instagram and was super intrigued by the quality of their work. Im very picky about who I let handle my hair because of bad experiences in the past. I took the coach from Cardiff to Birmingham and I didnt leave disappointed! From entering the salon the atmosphere was warm and accomodating. Marcia and her team explained everything to me and provided advise on how to maintain my hair. It really was a great experience and I 100% recommend them. Also, they were extremely quick but efficient. It was the first time using the salon, I needed a good cut and restyle due to the poor condition of my hair. Marcia and her team gave me a fantastic consultative service from start to finish, which included hair care regime advice, and lovely cups of tea and biscuits!!. I knew I was in safe experience hands with the end result actually being way better than I expected. I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Marcia is the definition of perfection when it comes to hair and recommending hair products.
