I am a new customer as deep hairdressing and was given a 50% off new customers voucher. I phoned up to book my appointment and check I could use it which the woman on the phone confirmed was fine. However when it came to paying they refused to accept this stating that they do not use these vouchers in December. However it does not say this on the voucher. This was an expensive style and bad customer service! I would not recommend to anyone. There are plenty of cheaper places to go that will do your hair as well for less.
