Deeney’s have truly mastered the art of toastie making; our textbook order is Hamish Macbeth with a fried egg and cheese leeks...both are mega. Love eating in back in the day but takeaway still hits the spot!
EXCELLENT Lady Macbeth. Incredibly savoury mix of veg haggis, cheese, caramelised onions and maybe horseradish. Devoured it so no picture! And at £6.50 for takeaway not badly priced at all!
Had the Hamish McBeth toastie which was delicious. First time having haggis and I will definitely be coming back.

Coffee is good yes but unfortunately the hot chocolate tastes like pure milk. In addition, I find the waitresses customer service really underwhelming, like its just too much of an effort to be friendly.
Love this place but disappointed that after finally ordering the square sausage roll that it's not actually similar to Scottish Lorne at all which is made of beef and pork. This was more like normal sausage molded into a square so feel a bit tricked as a scot!!
Can't beat the food! I had a cheesy leeks toastie... It was pretty incredible. We found this place by chance and would definitely come back. We had a little wait so our coffee was cold by the time the food arrived... But it was worth the wait
