Decent food, but the portions they give are horrendous. Ordered a Doner Meat and Chips but they only gave a handful of chips and 2 strips of Doner. Food tasted good but they are stingy with their portions

Me and my partner were waiting for a delicious takeaway, well we thought it was going to be, we didn't have to wait long but when the food came it tasted like it was all cooked in a month old grease &fat, the chips were vile. Worst takeaway by far, wouldn't feed it a dog, all of the food just tastes like rotten onions for some reason

I ordered a 12" Asian Style Pizza, cheeseburger and chips. The cheeseburger & chips was good, The Pizza was the best in Stoke-on-Trent!!! I highly recommend this takeaway!!!
Always had great food and excellent service from the guys here, both in-store and for delivery. Mainly have pizza or burger but both are amazing taste and quality, always fresh, tasty and piping hot. Friendly and helpful staff and delivery generally when promised. I'd be a stone lighter if I hadn't found them but totally worth it!! Oh and the chicken strips are fab too!!
First off my partner reviewed this pizza place about a year ago and you can see it listed below somewhere by Rik Kent. We had nothing but praise for this place hence our 5 star review. However, as regular customers this place has gone down hill so badly and it's such a shame. About 6 months we started to notice that the pizza's were becoming dry, burnt, lacking fresh ingredients and just basically of a very poor standard. We were used to waiting for around an hour for delivery, but because their pizza's used to be very good, it never bothered us. But as the food got worse so too did their delivery times and customer service. They used to apoligise profusely if we had to ring them and then the food would turn up straight after. But not now. The last few orders we would be waiting for around an hour and a half, we would call them only to be spoken to like we were cold callers trying to sell them pizza's! Shocking and so rude. I can only assume that this place has been taken over by someone who does not care what food goes out of their doors and I would not be at all surprised to see their current hygeine rating of 5 stars drop to 1 or 2 on their next inspection. We will never order from this place again and we were loyal customers who were not just unlucky with one bad order.
Brilliant. Perfect food. Good Value for Money and very good customer service. Their Online offers seem to be £1 cheaper than ordering off the phone so always worth a look. They dont deliver anymore but collection never been a issue as plenty parking outside with a side car park and always food cooked on time. Well Done Lads.
