We were served 10:45 today by a very polite,  helpful lady sorry didn't get her name. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We witnessed her helping an elderly couple by taking their tray to their table and even opening the pots of jam , which they had trouble with. She was accompanied by a tall gentleman who was also very cheerful and helpful

Paid £6 for two small cups of milk, shot of espresso and ice cubes which they call a frappee. Older chap serving also needs to learn basic customer service skills.

No hot food coffee machine not working .floor not swept food all over floor .just a very poor experience.
