Lovely store . Huge selection of perfumes ,cloths & footwear .
The customer service here can be a hit and a miss at times, colleagues might be too busy to help or even look up and acknowledge you but there is one girl in particular that is ALWAYS absolutely AMAZING! I just wanted to give a little shout out to Zamira - I have had the pleasure of having her help me a couple of times now and she truly does her best to help, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! Even when there are no people at the other counters she tries to get help or assist - she truly makes you feel like a valued customer! Probably the biggest reason I’m a returning customer is because of service like hers! She should coach other colleagues on what EXCELLENT SERVICE looks like, speaking as a customer service representative myself... don’t lose her!!!
Totally love this place. I wish we had this shop in ealing, uxbridge is easier to navigate than westfields. Helpful.staff too.
I visit the Uxbridge branch every now and then. It's clean welcoming, the staff are friendly and helpful. I tend to shop when I actually need something, rather than pop in to see what might be on a special offer. Debenhams is a lovely store of which I do enjoy shopping in.
Very appealing Newly refurbished department store. Looks amazing. Really plush changing room's. Ladies could be a bit mor friendly there, maybe greet you or even say hello. Just needs more attention to customer service in area's & staffing on counters, as very sparse on some counters. But its always been like that. Very friendly Debenhams staff on main checkout counter and on Dune very helpful. 5 if only more staff & better greeting
The store is pleasant and airy if lacking in customers. Costa was well designed The ground floor ladies room however is appalling. The cleanest loo had a broken lock making it unusable. Two of the others did not flush properly. There was no indication of a recent visit by a cleaner. Very disappointing.
Decent selection of products to buy but staff could do with looking happier and more like they want to serve their clients. Poor client service would help stores like Debenhams give people a better shopping experience rather than making us want to spend our hard earned cash on web site shopping instead.
2 floors debenhams. Staff are sometimes abit preoccupied but never been rude to me... Much of the staff are young and inexperienced and usually do not know much about any of the products. There is a costa inside the store on the ground floor. Boxing day sale wasn't much at all. Mostly the same prices as when I went the week before! Overall, decent store. Usually go back when I need something specific. Good car park inside the mall adjacent to store.
Only visited the fragrance department. Helpful staff and I could freely wander and sniff all the different parfums/toilet waters to my heart's content. Left the shop with a suitable purchase and smelling like a brothel.
Great place to shop. A lot of diversity in cosmetics, perfumes, clothing. Service always fast and polite, friendly. Has a Costa coffee very handy to relax after shopping.
