Store is OK, restaurant improved and it really needed to! Still very disorganised but food so much better than before just a shame had to wait so long. Store is usually busy at the weekend and much quieter during the week. Toilets and restaurant are on the top floor with children's clothing and home. Ladies wear on the first floor is the biggest department. Menswear and make counters are on the ground floor.

For me the best department store in Bury. Great mens clothes department. Loads of great designs and good prices.
Staff were lovely, my one star is for customer services telephone service. Absolutely useless. Bought a jacket, got home it was faulty. Phoned up as didn't have time to take it back so wanted to know if I could send via post. No! Have to take it back, they have another one in stock that we will put to one side for you. Go back to shop they don't know anything about my call, staff very apologetic. Refund on coat ordered online, I footed all the extra costs of going back, petrol and parking. Made a complaint not interested. New coat came paid £60 online coat had label for £55 on it. That's it now won't be shopping there again, I spend a lot there every few months will find somewhere else to go in future.
Fantastic cafe with wonderful staff. Having a mum in a wheelchair can sometimes be problematic in cafes, but nothing is too much trouble for the staff here - all done with a smile and a kind word particularly Dawn and the Manager, Monday 18th November. The food is pretty good too. Thanks x
Cafe is very popular, and at those prices I can see why, hands down the best value meal I've had all year. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Used the currency exchange and the guy working it was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It's a shame the brand is struggling as this store gets it right.
Always a place to return to. Lots of the designer retails within the store . Can order online and collect in store or order out if stock items. Beauty counters are very helpful and the staff will let you test items. Always have a good sale and its not rubbish no body wants. Prices are reasonable so don't dismiss them if you think they are expensive . They have quality at reasonable prices. Even the shoe collection is good. During Christmas they bring out good gift selection and again quality at good price so win win
Have wonderful cosmetic counters with polite and helpful staff. Unable to get round easily as the stock is everywhere. A clear path suitable for everyone to use would be a good idea and allows viewing all merchandise to better advantage.
I went in today bought some bedding spent over 100 to take the offer of £25 off. When i got to the till the bill was still 100 the staff asked me if i wanted a store card so i could have either 10 percent off or 20 not sure now, i said no thank you i don't want a store credit card can i just have the £ 25 off as per offer, and added i didn't think you had to ask to get it off. She said okay you would like to take that offer than ?I paid and left as she seemed to think her making me open an account with Debenhams credit card was such a better deal to me !! What is the point on having the offer if you have to ask for it why doesn't it come off automatically? Good job i am on the ball other people may have assumed that what she was offering was a better deal or that the £25 off may have not applied to their purchase. Absolutely wrong on every level trying to sell their store cards to you and trying purposely not to give you the store promotions that they advertising.i have just left a review here not got in touch with the store because i am pretty sure i am still waiting for someone to call me back from another issue from about 2 years ago now. So all in all shocking
