It’s 5 stars as we paid 69p using the app for evening parking. It’s fantastic especially when other cities charge for evening parking, e.g. Leeds, Manchester, and York!!nnThere were plenty of spaces on the upper floors, but be careful going up each level, as there’s a line of raised concrete splitting the road. The car in front of us didn’t see this drove over it! He had to reverse to get himself off and steered the car tightly to drive up! We thought he’d damaged his car!!

Great location. Very small spaces. We arrived around 4.30pm and left just after 8am the following day and was charged £24.50. Yet all signs stated no charges between 7pm and 8am. So this charge makes my hourly rate at parking here at £8.13. Yes that’s per hour!

Very tight car park, take your corners slow for oncoming traffic using the same ramps. Free after 7pm and all ticketless use the app to pay in advance which is a little annoying if you don’t know how long you will stay. Adding the minutes/hours you want until the free 7pm time is like a maths lesson lol. Handy for the Theatre Royal and Greys Monument though that are just 5 minutes up the hill.

Worst car park in the world. First and last time I use it. Drove in, and at the last moment, I saw the sign saying full. It wasn't  joking. There were cars from the ground floor up to level 5 and every bay full, no chance or space to turn around, which we had to do at the top, eventually. I would suggest a barrier that won't open unless there is a space.

Well priced, open till 12am.nVery conveniently located from eldon Square shopping centre, Everyman cinema  and theatre royal
