DD heating services

I recently moved to Kessingland and found that my central heating was not working. I called David and he arrived later that evening and fixed it (bearing in mind that during the winter he is extremely busy, so his promptness was remarkable). This problem was not as simple as it sounds because there was a mysterious issue that, with logic and considerable persistence, he tracked down. He is a highly intelligent and resourceful engineer who I would recommend very highly. I said 'Sorry to be such a problem.' He replied, 'You're not a problem, it's my job.' A truly professional approach. He is also a very nice bloke.

Had Dd heating round in the week. I called in the morning and he turned up that day at the time I asked to fit in with my work. Was a polite, friendly, professional young gentleman who I trusted to have in my home. Fixed my heating and afterwards even went round and sorted my radiators out aswell as a extra but for no extra charge. All done for his minimum payment which was very reasonable. Worked very clean and tidy. Found my new heating engineer, would not even think about calling anyone else. Highly recommend

Cannot recommend David highly enough. He gave amazing service and bent over backwards to sort out our boiler as quick as possible as we were without heat and hot water.

Highly satisfied with the service received. Super fast call out and also identified the faults quickly. Had parts the following day and installed to a high quality. Will use again and will recommend to all. Thank you for fitting us in.

My Brother Danny found David to be on time , hard working and very helpful in providing a top class service . I would highly recommend and will deffernitly have them in to service the system .
