At Violets we are passionate about flowers, and it shows in every bouquet and arrangement we skilfully design and construct. We pride ourselves in giving the highest level of customer care, and will guide you in making your decision. Every order is bespoke, we use our experience, knowledge and skills to beautifully arrange every bouquet and arrangement. All local orders are hand delivered by a member of our small team.

My favourite florist ever! Friendly atmosphere, I love how the shop looks - flowers are set out to make it easy for you to make up your own bunch with the help of the girls with heaps of knowledge and passion. A special thank you for our Aunties floral tribute, very special. All my flowers come from Violets.

Amazing service and such wonderful flowers for our wedding, attentive and listened to exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond. The flowers were beautifully arranged and everyone commented on how stunning they were. We always use Violets when we need flowers :)

Beautiful flowers created for my grandparents funeral. Patient, friendly, and attentive service given to me and my family. Highly recommended.

The order process was easy and the lady I spoke to was very helpful.  On the day of the delivery the flowers were delivered to the wrong address resulting in my friend not having her flowers on the day of her birthday.  I found the owner very rude and patronising when I complained and wouldn't entertain giving me any sort of refund.  I am pleased to say the matter has been resolved and my friend received her flowers a day late due human error, we all make mistakes but I found the way the owner dealt with my complaint unacceptable.  The flowers by all accounts are lovely and I thank you for this but you need to brush up your customer service skills I would not use this florist again
