This is a brilliant hotel.   Only stayed for two nights but would love to stay again.   Staff are lovely.  The food is lovely, the location is lovely across from york minster.    I'd give it ten stars if I could!

Fab hotel.. central to everything. Rooms very nice.. 1st class service.. Tanya on reception was great and look after us well

A fabulous cosy hotel. Stayed in Room 2, absolutely lovely. A delicious evening meal. Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Let down by a vegetarian breakfast.

Very good, in fact staying there now, like the song, we've been back twice!
