They NEVER, EVER ANSWER THE PHONE . It just riiiiiings & riiiiiings. I’m ringing to find out if my prescription is ready or not, because they don’t send a text..!  SO FRUSTRATING.

Avoid at all costs.  The service is abominable. It is the last place you want to be if you are sick.  They make you cue with the prescription customers and can take 15 to 20 minuets per customer.  You could be there an hour just to make a purchase.  I guess that their business model hinges solely on prescriptions.

Disappointed to reach the pharmacy to find it had closed at 5.55, instead of advertised 6pm. No other pharmacies in EG and sick child. Not great!

Never answer the phone and when you go in theres 6 of them behind the counter and you can wait 5 mins before they even acknowledge you. Poor. Just poor.

Love the staff here - they do everything they can to help even in difficult circumstances.  We were struggling to get medication for my husband following surgery - had it not been for the staff at Felbridge Pharmacy, it would have been a long and arduous process to get it sorted ourselves.....thank you!

THIS DISPENSING PHARMACY IS A NIGHTMARE. TRYING TO GET A CORRECT ORDER DELIVERED.THEY CANNOT GET IT CORRECT .WRONG PRESCRIPTIONS ARRIVING AT MY DOOR. FIVE TIMES I HAVE BEEN TO THERE SHOP IN LONDON RD EAST GRINSTEAD AND BEEN PROMISED WE HAVE GOT IT RIGHT NOW.ITS A JOKE.SO SAD.REALLY DISSAPOINTED. C COSIER.

Private prescription here £16ish, Sainsburys £7....and the Pharmacists were more friendly in Sainsburys.
