I placed an order of flowers for valentines day through the interflora website. I paid £52 including £10 delivery charge for same day delivery. However it was not delivered till today. I found out that the order was done by dawn flowers. A day late and the flowers looked off. I am highly disappointed!

Staff were a bit rude. Spent a lot of money and the wrapping was very bland. Overall, not happy.

Extremely kind and helpful staff, Dawn herself is a fantastic lady, she always send us fresh flowers, always on time, we've been Dawn Flowers customers for sometimes and never felt unwelcome, putting all their great customer services and great flowers a side, their prices are a lot better to comparing with other flower shops in the area... Simply the best. Thank You Dawn Flower
