Ordered flowers for Valentines Day. Was in all day but received card advising we weren't in. Rang up the day after to be advised they tried to deliver and not sure what happened. Said they would be with me within the hour with complimentary chocolates. Fairly happy with this until the flowers that arrived were not what I ordered. I ordered pink rose and lilies and got red. The option on the website asked what lily colour I wanted to which I said any. Didn't order red roses as I'm not a huge fan. Bunch of roses are high quality however, just overall a bit disappointing.

I have used this flower shop for the past 14 years and have always found their flowers to be beautiful sadly today I ordered a bouquet of flowers from them to celebrate the fact that my sister in law had beaten cancer I spent £37 ( which the person on the phone said was adequate) and ordered bright happy flowers to mark the occasion when I saw the flowers I was really upset they looked cheap and not very well put together they did not express what I wanted them to say feeling really let down
