Unfortunately, our experience was not great. Although we had a fast response, the problem was not sorted. In fact, it was not even accurately diagnosed. When we reported that the problem was not fixed, no attempt was made to follow up with a more effective remedy. The only alternative suggested was a hugely expensive replacement job. A family friend (who is not a professional slater but has some experience in helping professional builders) managed to diagnose and fix the problem when we turned to him for a second opinion. For the short time that the company spent (according to the neighbors) on NOT fixing the problem we felt seriously over charged.
