Been coming here for around 20yrs. Bought numerous bikes from these guys, and every time they do outstanding customer service. The team are genuine and honest people who understand the importance of customers. I've had all my maintenance done here and the mechanics who work here have also been outstanding on their professional knowledge. So this is why I keep coming here. And will do so in the future. Keep the good work up guys.

Amazing. Took my bike in for help with brakes. Found issues.advised me of the best solution and gave me 100% CONFIDENCE with the work that was carried out. So happy I went to this shop. I SHOULD HAVE GONE HERE FIRST. Would have saved some money. Thanks Guys. Defo. Recommend again

Recently bought a bike from Derek and the service I received was absolutely fantastic ! He communicated with me extremely well and really made me feel like my custom was important. The aftercare is equally as good I just called Derek and he sorted everything out for me no questions asked! A genuine , honest service ! Can’t recommend them enough ! Very rare to come across such a good and genuine service these days! Even though I don’t live anywhere near the dealership I was made to feel like I was right there Derek could not do enough for me !!

David Sykes Superbikes reputation is widespread and well deserved. Multiple people told me to go there first before anywhere else. This speaks volumes about the service and capability of bike shop. I emailed and was responded to very quickly. I arranged to view a Honda CTX1300, but settled on a VFR1200F. There is no pressure in this shop! They have a wide range to choose from and they are very well inspected and serviced bikes. You can take your time, sit on the bikes and wonder around as much as you want. My credit rating wasn't great, but they got me the best finance deal anyway, and I'm really pleased with my purchase. Derek gives a customer experience which I feel is very rare, if not unique in this field. I was told the bike would be ready a week later, but got a call the very next day saying I could collect in the afternoon. One of their technicians took their time to walk me around the bike and explain all of the different technologies and buttons etc and I was happy leaving the shop with the bike I bought at the price I paid. All in all, an exceptional bike shop. My next purchase will definitely be from there, as will all of my bike servicing. I absolutely recommend that you visit David Sykes Superbikes first before anywhere else.

Bought my first motorbike from these fellas at the weekend and cannot fault the service they have offered! Is second to none. Visited a few shops over the last few months to start pulling together my gear for riding and have been snubbed by so many salesmen because I'm a young female wanting to ride a bike, these guys though - FANTASTIC! Answered all my questions, nothing was too much trouble, coffee and biscuits on tap and were just overall absolutely amazing! Would recommend these guys again in a heartbeat and cant thank Derek enough for his help and advice on choosing my bike!
