Very friendly, helpful, patient and accommodating owners and staff. Been shopping here for seven years and can't fault them at all. Always nice to get the personal touch here which many toy shops lack.

The staff and owners are always really accommodating to your needs and happy to spend the maximum amount of time with you if you need it. I always love popping in whenever I can and there is always a great atmosphere and energy emanating from the shop!

I have found on several occasions the staff to be extremely unhelpful and ignorant. You expect in a toy shop the mood to be joyful and staff eager and willing to help. Considering this is family run business and when I say staff I can only assume the arrogance is from the owners.

Brilliant service and more than helpful from the guys in shop since our kids where born and patience of saints kids always love going in and this is seven years on now !!!!
