I've been seeing David on a weekly basis for sometime now and he has achieved some impressive results. I first went to him with a back complaint that i had struggled to shake off. 

Having spent time with David and followed his instruction in improving my core strength i have enjoyed my longest period without the back pain.

It is a pleasure to visit David and he always provides a fun and relaxed session and i always leave feeling positive and energised.
