Very pleased with recent jewellery repair. Searched around to find a proper in house goldsmith as I have had previous repairs done elsewhere to a poor standard. The repair was discussed in detail and my exact requirements were undertaken, to a cost less than original estimate. Replacement parts were to an equivalent standard and all original parts were returned. I have had repairs done elsewhere where the repairs came back with lesser quality parts and the kept my parts! I was kept updated throughout process and although it took a while it was worth it. Thanks all, glad to have finally found a proper jeweller.

They are polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff and they went out of their way to get parts for a watch for my wife.

I have a 25 year old signet ring that had got pretty bashed and the band broke. These guys did a superb repair job and it's now as good as new and beautifully polished. A great local find.
