Indian rude unprofessional lady tried to repair my watches. When i came back, watches was abraded and scratched. Watches cost £335 and they was brand new. Her excuse was: I am not responsible for your watches. SERIOUSLY??? NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomas, I have watched the lady replace a watch battery. Clueless and does not use the correct tool. Hence your watches were scratched. Always fit a silver oxide battery as well. Not Alkaline !!.
