Im currently on a 14 day pass and not impressed with club I thought it would be in much better nick as its in a town full of money but hay ho I will not be a member after this pass runs out as its just not for me ! PS the sales stuff seem a little bit on the pushy side as well people

As a member of David Lloyd clubs of over 10 years I can only say this is the one with the most awful maintenance of the equipment! Even after a “refurb” lots of old rusty equipment and cardio machines are still in use.
The lack of maintenance ruined a completely new jumper and despite the negligence in maintaining the equipment, the manager refused to accept liability or compensate for the loss incurred. 
Instead the customer who is a regular gym user was blamed for incorrect usage? And no apology! 
I’ll be ending my membership and taking my monies elsewhere and as it’s a pretty penny for beyond poor customer service I’d urge anyone to think before taking out a contract with the club!

Lovely staff and lovely gym with lots to do swimming pool is nice and big and gym is aswell. There is a café where you can have breakfast after a lovely morning workout. Or even just a drink after your workout. Toliets clean and lots of parking spaces. Never had a problem with this gymm would recommend.

Went to visit for a possible membership which my company recommended, as colleagues had joined recently. However they tried to over-charge me compared to my colleagues, must have wanted to get a higher commission or something. An extra 30% compared to other members who joined with 12 to 6 months. 

I should of known better when the sells person repeats “You get what you pay for” at least six times to me.

I emailed their complaints department and heard nothing from them.

Site also looked very dated from the outside, however equipment looks very new and has a refreshing environment.

Go somewhere else.
