We were lucky enough to get a recommendation to work with Sue, David and Ayesha. From our first meeting we had no doubt that the quality of the kitchen would be anything but first class. The workmanship is excellent and the attention to detail and ability to endlessly customize the finishes leaves you feeling this is a very bespoke service. We are very happy with the end result and would also thank the fitting team Bill for the continued level of service.
The kitchen designer produced a contemporary and stylish kitchen which met all our requirements and provided a perfect new layout using Stoneham products and Neff appliances. We were kept informed regularly of updates and we were given thorough and accurate costings, and any queries we had were dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. The fitter was meticulous, a perfectionist, working to an extremely high standard throughout. He gave us complete confidence in the standard of the workmanship and the end results confirm this. We are delighted with our kitchen refurb and new utility room, designed and installed by David Haugh. Our old kitchen was 17 years old but the units and granite worktops were still in good order. It has been refreshed with new appliances, cupboard internals and tiles replaced by glass splash backs giving it a new lease of life. Our utility has been transformed to become one of the best rooms in the house. All the team at David Haugh have been really helpful and patient. David made us some beautiful oak window sills, seating and boot storage to complement the oak units, Sue was efficient and resourceful, and Jim the fitter did a truly excellent job of installing everything. We would wholeheartedly recommend David Haugh and would have no hesitation in asking them to help us with future projects.
Extremely pleased with our kitchen and the service. David and Sue put a great deal of effort into the design stage. They were the first kitchen company that actually listened to our objectives and requirements and the only ones to incorporate building work into their design. They showed a lot of patience with multiple designs and options. Then, everything was showed to us before we bought it including accompanying us to the Stoneham showroom. Our kitchen included a bespoke pantry based on different bits that we liked. Even when we encountered problems, there was no trouble - they were always positive and able to find a solution. This included helping us with work that wasn’t technically part of the kitchen - David designed and built some bifold doors to fit an unusual door space. Would highly recommend
It was a pleasure to work with David, Sue and their team on the transformation of our kitchen and hallway. David’s design was really innovative and totally fulfilled our brief. We selected David Haugh for our new kitchen as we were impressed by the design produced by Andrew who really maximised the use of the kitchen and has created a great space for both everyday use and entertaining. The installation was excellent. The kitchen fitter Ivo, did a superb job not only in the installation finish quality but in the speed of installation and the level of tidiness throughout the process. Thank you to the whole team at David Haugh!
We had our kitchen completely renovated and chose David Haugh because they provided a considerate, personal and excellent service. They contributed enormously to the design of the kitchen taking our views into account. All our visitors are very complimentary. The fitters were friendly, professional, reliable and the work was outstanding. Well done and thanks David and Sue.
This is my second kitchen from David Haugh: the first was installed 10 years ago. The design and quality stood the test of time, so much so that my new kitchen is a mixture of the original units painstakingly refurbished and spray painted in their workshop along with new ones. I appreciated the attention to detail and care from start to finish: Andrew's design made the most of my relatively modest space; he and Sue spent a lot of time helping me with worktop and colour decisions when I was not confident. The old kitchen was ripped out just before lockdown and the team pulled out all the stops to ensure I was not left in the lurch and then conscientiously completed the final finishes as soon as restrictions were relaxed. There is a utility room too which is an absolute triumph, including a stacked washing machine and dryer and a tiled dog shower which Andrew designed, Has literally changed how I live, and has been very much admired.
David Haugh designed and fitted a fabulous set of wardrobes for the master bedroom in our house. I was impressed with the service and quality of work all the way through the process to the finished wardrobes. A couple of minor problems during installation were dealt with in a very professional way and I would definitely recommend this excellent local company to others.
We are really pleased with the design and quality of our bespoke kitchen from David Haugh. Andrew the designer was very patient with us as we changed the design about six times and he had some great tips to get the most out of our kitchen. The craftsmanship and quality of the cabinets really shows and it’s great to have a kitchen that works for all our family. You get a very personal service at David Haugh and it’s great that you can see where everything is made in the workshop. Thank you to all the team, we are very happy with the final result.
