What a fantastic little museum in the heart of Meltham, great to see so many cool old tractors lovingly restored and looked after by passionate enthusiasts. the museum is only open one day a month but is definitely worth a the wait and b a visitVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
I was lucky enough to be able to visit this hidden gem, which even though it's small, is packed full of history and nostalgia. With a strong family connection to David Brown's it was interesting for me to see a selection of vintage tractors and memorabilia, some of them still in an unbelievably good condition. All nicely laid out with plenty of space to get around and between the exhibits. Lots of information on display and if you needed more, there were quite a few staff on hand to answer any questions. A very friendly and informative place which even had the last tractor made at the Meltham Mills site. Sadly though, it hade a Case badge. In my opinion, someone should have saved the last 'proper tractor' to be produced, with the DB badge on it. With plenty of friendly staff, a great display of tractors, a well-stocked gift/souvenir shop and the sun was blazing down too, what more could you ask for? Highly recommended.
Great day out for the family or enthusiastic individual. Facilities are fantastic and friendly people. Just a shame DBTC didn't get much outside space with the new unit or a bit more height internally for some larger cab tractors. Keep up the good workWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Impressive collection to look round. Took our toddler who loved looking round. Most tractors you can't touch but didn't stop him from being in tractor heaven. Opens once a month but is free..Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Recently moved into a refurbished unit on the original Meltham tractor factory site. Some interesting exhibits in a very nice environment, but could use a little more interpretation.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Bright shiny new location for the club in part of the factory where the tractors were made. Needs more interpretation but already a very nice visit.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo

Took my wife with me for her first visit to the museum, she loved it and can't wait to go again. Organisers have put a lot of hard work into making the open days a great success
