This is a lovely little place that's tucked away at the back of an old church. We loved the cheese and meat platter. I in particular really enjoyed the the charcoal cheese and the blue cheese that was recommended.
Bit disappointed with the pizza, and a person I went with also said their main was disappointing. Other than those two meals everyone enjoyed their food. Pricing is a bit on the expensive side unless you go for the two or three course menu which is good value. Service was friendly and fast.
I loved how fresh and large the seafood is. This is the only resutrant I visited in this town, and I am so glad I stopped by because the taste of the fettucine was the closest to original Italian food that I have ever had in the UK.
COVID ready. Food fine. Staff polite. Recommended. Enjoy.
Good food for the price on the 2 & 3 courses menu. Frienldy staff , nice atmosphere.
Managed to get a table at short notice. Food was great, and service was as well.
What has happened to Davanti’s Front street??? Davanti in Tynemouth station 100% better pasta was tasteless which was refunded off the bill , no attentiveness from staff in fact the supervisor/ manager was actually rude. We won’t be returning!
Good! Like the soup of the day and mozzarella rice balls very much. The chicken arrabbiatta is too bland for me.
