Unprofessional, a friend took my wifes car here as he was supposed to be very good at what he does.nWe had the car hand washed after the two months that Laddi advised.nThis is when we noticed the wrinkling paint.nThis was confirmed by a professional body shop company who also pointed out over-spray and excess paint.nUpon contacting Laddi about the issues he said that the wrinkling paint had been caused by us when we washed the car, he did not want to deal with me, but would only deal with our friend, REGARDLESS that the car was ours.nBEWARE, totally unprofessional and will not admit his mistakes.nnupdate:- reply to your message, I did call you, you did not want to deal with me, hence the review. I'm not in the habit of telling lies.
I am over the moon with the service I received. This place is amazing I got my car painted after it being scratched and dent restored. His work is incredible I can’t believe it!! It’s as if the car is brand new again!! Wonderful service . Laddi Singh is the person you need to see and I promise you , you will not be disappointed! We always bring cars here and I honestly cannot recommend this place enough !
I had my new Range Rover hit causing damage to the bumper, lights, and rear quarter panel. Datchet gave me a very reasonable bid to fix the damage. They started the work immediately had the damage repaired in less than two days. The workmanship, communication and process was excellent. My car looked exactly as it did when I took it off the dealers lot brand new!
Very good customer service provided by Laddi Singh and his team, they did very well. He promised us he will spray the front bumper of my wife Lexus within day which he did. Also, the material he purchased is genuine materials from car paint company. I have a pearl white Lexus, which is difficult to get the correct matching, but he got the correct paint from dealer which was satisfying. I would highly recommend Laddi for anyone requiring any body work to vehicle.
I had a dent on the door on my Mercedes EQA '23 plate unfortunately whilst it was parked. Laddi Singh took the car on such short notice and promised the job will be done in 3 days. He worked tirelessly and did an exceptional job within time. Unlike one of the reviews I read he answered every call of mine and was very professional and polite throughout. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
