Dataplan have consistently managed our payroll without fault for years, and I have never had any difficulty reaching a human being to talk to whenever the need has arisen. I've worked now with a handful of payroll companies and I can comfortably say Dataplan are the best I've ever dealt with.
Dataplan have an excellent team and system and for my employer we migrated over 6,000 employees seamlessly from paper payslips to ePayslips. The portal is easy-to-use from both Payroll and Employee perspective, great functionality to communicate with employees either in groups, individually or all at once via announcements, messaging and documents. Using Dataplan has saved a lot of time in the team from doing manual repetitive tasks and instead utilise the resource on my effective tasks for the business. I would recommend Dataplan to anybody considering moving to online payslips.
Where do I start – Best payroll service provider in the UK for sure, over the years we have tried and tested most providers in the market place. We did enter into agreements with other providers for 3/ 5 contract terms / ADP, NGA to name a few, moved due to issues. Wish we had transferred our company payroll to Dataplan years ago, not only would they have saved us a considerable amount of money in processing charges they provide an excellent system and service which includes speaking with real humans. ePayslips is excellent solution for us as well and cut down of postal costs Highly recommended to any business 10/10.
Having used Dataplan for processing my hotels payroll over the past 4 years . I have found them at all times to be a most professional operation providing great customer service . They are easily contactable and always have a team who have expertise in any area of payroll that I may need assistance with . I have no hesitation in recommending them for any of payroll requirements
