Story

I started the business in 2001 having worked for HMRC for 25 years firstly as a uniformed Customs Officer and latterly in VAT. I specialise in small businesses,(sole props and partnerships) and I am pleased to say most of my clients arrive via word of mouth. The services I provide are tax returns, bookkeeping, annual accounts , payroll and PAYE including Auto Enrolment, VAT returns, consultancy and tribunals. I hope I provide a friendly and personable service at a reasonable fee
I personally deal with all clients and am assisted in the compilation of accounts by my daughter Sam . If you come to see me ,dont expect flashy premises as I have a compact and bijou office above a local shop which accomodates me nicely, hence I can keep my fees realistic and I dont do suits ! But I do have a Tassimo machine ! As I ride a motor bike you are more likely to see me in leathers or jeans !
I have a BA(Hons) degree in Business Management and I am a Fellow of the IFA (Institute of Financial Accountants) and a Fellow of the FTA(Federeation of Tax Advisors). I am also a member of the Institute of Professional Accountants , hold current practising certificates from all and am also fully Anti-Money Laundering Regulations compliant.
I can also offer impartial advice on business management and the sustainability of your business
