I went with a friend to enjoy the Full English breakfast at the weekend and it has to be the best breakfast around. You can definitely tell that the food is fresh and is locally sourced as the flavour in the produce was amazing. The coffee was great too. So a big thumbs up and I will definitely be back.

Delicious steak and ale pie but the steak was disappointing. Looked like it  was cremated rather than well done. 😣 Nice decor and atmosphere.

Went here for Christmas day and couldn't fault it! Prosecco/orange juice/bucks fizz on arrival and taken to our table. First time for me being there in general since the re-opening and well decorated pub with a traditional feel (opposed to the standard chain pubs these days). Had fruit platter to start which was all fresh and good variety. Then had the salmon which was well seasoned - I misread the menu and thought it came with roast potatoes so asked for some of these and they brought a big bowl for the whole table. Cheese board to finish which was huge and waiter commented I was amongst everyone on that day in the fact couldn't finish it. Coffee and truffles to finish which was also very nice. Will be returning to see normal menu as was very impressed! Highly recommend for the festive period!l.

Lovely atmosphere great food and service. friendly staff will definitely be going again hope very soon.

Very good food. A warm and inviting place. I will go there again. On the other hand the mash potatoes on the pork belly was quite salty.
