Paat few times iv been food has been shocking, steak sizzler comes out no teven sizzling the steak was like a ball of fat and the other time i ordered a large infact paid EXTRA for a large and received a meal smaller than my 3 year old son. When i raised this issue i merely received an apology

Used to come here all the time and loved it. Last few times I've been have been nothing but dissappointment, from horrible food to horrible service. The staff always look overworked and underpaid, the food has ranged from undercooked to just plain wrong. The menu changes everytime we come, as though the food selection is at fault for the lack of punters, when in reality its the lack of service and food quality. Shame that I won't be coming back here in a hurry

Was good, the pub food was good pub food and the room was fine, i think it was an expensive room for where and what it was but they rarely are cheap hotel rooms for short or long stays anymore.
