Read all way too finish ,,,,,,Worse customer service ever from my branch today, !!! Unhelpful after I was told 3 weeks ago your for the people and you will do your best too help us individually, err not today !!! And if this is future I'm closing my account after 25yr,,,,,,,,, ##update ## well I went into branch today, and the manageress ask too speak too me about the way my problem was handed, and she went above and beyond, even offering having a phone call even if its her day off, so infill carry in banking with them, the stand in manager was actually doing his job, and as a branch they are good with customers as they know them individually, and that showed today so now gone back too 5 star
