Shocking customer service! You cant talk to any one if your question is not on the list of options you are simply stuck. Extremely frustrating!
Absolutely disgusting council! Didn't take my recycle bin for no reason what so ever.. apparently its because my card was not in the top box and with the plastic and cans... I cant keep it at the top as they recycled my card box.... there was literally 1 bit of card... how can they expect you to wait 2 weeks for the next collection is a joke!! Rather not recycle going forwards and will use the tip. Not 1 bit of help just if there's a sticker on the bin we can't do anything... more like seen a full recycle bin and cba to do anything... pure jobsworths! Pay your council tax for nothing at all to be done by the council. Worst council ever does not care about people in the town just lining there own pockets.
The website is useless. Rather than being able to access all of my account details on the one site, I have to navigate between sites for different tasks, meaning multiple passwords and lovin details. The different pages have different headings compared to what the same thing is labelled elsewhere.nnI've been number one in the phone queue for ages too.
I phoned to go and pick a bus ticket up got there left me sat an hour and said they forgot i was there. Then someone turned up took my tickets to photo coppy and while she was gone someone els turned up asking for my tickets the place and the social servises department make a joke out of peoples lives just so they can clock in and lock out and try and look good while its just a job to them i have complaint in and its ment to take 10 days for manager to get in touch this was 3 weeks ago the only reason i give it 1 star is coz its the only way i could leave a comment otherwise it would be getting sweet FA
Rang up about a rat problem! The phone was answered immediately by a very helpful lad, who gave good clear information! He organized the vermin control officer to contact me, which he did the next day at 9am,to arrange a visit at 11am! When he arrived he was very helpful and did a very thorough inspection of the problem areas and put down plenty of bait and left his number, for contact due to more problems or needing more bait being put down! He was called Peter and a very helpful lad! Many thanks and well down Darlington council! Very good service for a tenner!
