Totaly shocking you want our money but 5 times that i have rang never to get through there is allways a 30 minute wait and you wait that plus that again on hold have you heard that music for 1 hour to get no were am trying to sort things out i want to talk to someone if i could give you no stars or -5 stars i would

Some time ago i was visited by her and she quickly assessed me, Could she fit me into the boxes she ticks, it's unlikely. Instead of gaining my confidence she drew up an assessment which didn't really describe me. Before defining someone you need to speak to them and to gain an insight into that persons as it presently is.. After her assessment she send a copy but she left it to the day that she should of known was sensitive. I spoke to her on the phone and then she deliberately expressed what her view was but it was undertaken in a very arrogant manner, she didn't give me the opportunity to object and for me to state mt case. If she knew any thing about me and if she had one ounce of compassion she would of spoken to me on some other day. The day she chose to destroy me was the 10h of jan. She knew about my loses and the dates on which she deliberately inflicted such pain. The 10th of Jan was the day when we had a still born child and on that same date we lost one aged 17, who asphyxiated on his vomit. There if far more sadness than that, it's taken every ounce of pleasure from life. How can anyone be so calculating and bitter when their subject is suffering so, I tried ringing her boss someone called price, she didn't answer my call and i had left messages of her answer phone to contact to discus the quality of her staff. This Paula Appleby is now called Atkins. Be warned there is nothing nice regarding her!!!
