Darcys always offers the best of customer service with a friendly and customer centred approach. Every visit leaves you feeling pampered and the treatments are always high quality. My hair stylist Jen at Darcys is the best I've ever had, her attention to detail and her colouring skills are excellent and the nail technician Debbie is maticulous and highly professional. I love my visits to Darcys and recommend them highly.
I love going to Darcys everyone is lovely and welcoming. All the staff are fab at what they do I have my HD brows and lash lift done by Nicki and my hair coloured and cut by Jen, I've had blow drys and things from other staff too and I've always been really happy with the results and the care they take with you , i would highly recommend ! x
All the team at Darcys are amazing. They make you feel so welcome and the atmosphere is always fun & friendly. I have been having my hair & nails and make up done at Darcys for over 2 years and wouldn't go any where else. Holly x
Loved this place from the moment I walked in! Staff are so friendly and welcoming had a great hair cut and enjoyed having my hair washed was recommend some products which I have to say are the best I've ever used! Looking forward to my next visit :
After moving over the the wirral from Manchester, I was on a hunt for a good hairdressers. After being recommended by a friend, I now always go to Steph to get my hair done and always so impressed with it! She listens to exactly what I want and never fails to impress me. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else! The staff also make me feel so welcome all the time and even get a cheeky glass of prosecco haha!
Went in on Thursday for a strand test, after calling a few times to chase I finally got through this morning Tuesday to be told, "oh yeah...I think he done it.... and the colour swelled" thats it, that is all she said, not do you want to come in and discuss what we can do in regards to colour change etc. I knew after using a box dye for a few years it would take a couple of visits to get what i wanted, but I was willing the spend the money to achieve this. What type of customer service is that. I will not be returning back to this salon in future.
I've been twice, the staff are lovely and always do what I want and this time my little girls hair was gorgeous, very happy!
Great cut and absolutely amazing colour today from Tamlyn... as always. Lovely friendly salon.
