Terrible service. Rude and unfriendly. Cs delayed order to next week on purpose so had to cance clients. Placed my first order On their website was a note saying if you order within x hours you get the items next day. So I did. Even added more as I wanted in the first place. Anyway I received my email to confirm the order and payment but did not received an email saying the items have been despatched. So I rang up the next day to see if there is a problem Omg. It couldn't have been worse!!! The lady on the phone was soo unfriendly and rude!!! She interrupted me constantly and spoke to me ie I am an idiot...and even put the phone down when I said I would call back the next day She said that they didn't offer the next day delivery service due to a backlog and it was not stated on the website. Clearly it was otherwise I wouldn't know as I never used them before. It wouldn't have been a problem to get the items with a day delay BUT attitude and customer service are crucial in any kind of business so we all know. Wont order there again other websites are just as competitive with their prices . What a shame 🙁 Rang back the next day at me at I had a nice lady on the phone. She told me that the prev colleague did not leave any notes on the system BUT someone has requested that I did get my delivery the following week. Well it wasn't me and this was never mentioned in the prev convo so that 'lady I spoke to delayed my delivery purposely never ever again and will tell all my colleagues about the terrible service received. I had to cancel clients that's the worse thing about it. Should have just gone on the highstreet as I normally do. Terribe. Terrible service. Rude unfriendly seem to pick their favourite customer

Very disappointed with the service I received. Placed an order for £100. One item was missing from the order which was worth £1.75. I rang the customer service number and I was made to feel that I was lying and was asked to check the order again! They wouldn't send my item out that I had already paid for until a stock check was done in the warehouse! Will never be using this company again.

I'd like to make a comment of how disappointed and robbed I feel! I bought an item from ...... and I've use only once when I found out that isn't what I was expected. When back to the shop to returned it and the cashier who served me was very rough and for now reason wanted to accept it!! The previous week I spent a big amount of money in the same shop and I will never go back there.NEVER NVER NEVER
