Dan the man. + all the fabulous staff. Great pit stop of a cheeky spot of lunch. Pie mash liquor. And a nice coffee to top it off. Lovely place + nice history behind the brand too. Outdoor dining is the cherry on the cake.
My first time here but it certainly won't be my last. Not always keen on pie and mash as I often find the mash very watery however the mash was the best I've tasted in a shop and the pie was tasty too. Staff were also friendly.Food: 5/5
I used to go here a lot for the pie mash , but although the pies are ok , they are nothing like the east end recipe or taste of the trad pie mash of kellys and cookes.The meat they use is pretty good .Last time I went in the pie didnt seem cooked enough.
I parked about five minutes walk away because of the location but not a problem for fortunate me . It’s a nice big shop with plenty of room which is always nice . The pie and mash was ordinary unfortunately with smallish pies tasteless mash and watery liquor . Danny’s you need to up your game constructive criticism
Very great service our lady always no what we want evey time we go in there what ever time of the day u pop in Danny's cafe there always so freindly the staff took me son in there thurs an they do home made chips as well as b great for there pie an mash there if any one up barkingside any time if u dont eat pke an mash there a variety of other meals to suite all xx Kid-friendliness: Very great an frendly servie give em 100 iff can
First time back since revamping the restaurant, I was pleasently surprised over the changes. The food breakfast set #2 was fresh and well presented at a fair price too. The staff were friendly and polite. Definitely would recommend Danny's to fill a hungry tummy. It can get quite busy around lunch times.
Dannys pie and mash highly welcome they customer been going for 2 months now, the staff know what I want without saying a word. Keep it up

As some people have said this isn't just a pie n mash shop. That said it does the best pie n mash I've had anywhere and I've had it in lots of places! Yes they do use an ice cream scoop for the mash but what difference does that make? The rest of the menu is also very good and the home cut chips are especially good. It's always clean and the staff are very friendly.
The staff were very quick taking my order and cooking it.They were polite and smiling which made me happy .I would recommend this place to eat.Food: 5/5
