I usually do shopping in Ilford shopping mall. Noticed this cozy and authentic place. Very helpful and positive staff. Absolutely delicious latte and hot almond croissant with whipped cream. I paid £6 but it was worth every single penny. Highly recommend if you are a real coffee lover. I definitely will visit them again!
Stopped by to get a coffee. Ordered iced latte and cappuccino along with a croissant and chocolate twist. Loved the taste, the ambience and the service. Only downside was that it was expensive, wanted to try the other food options but didn’t feel them worth the price
I did find the menu limited in terms of changing breakfast items. I did ask to change two meat items for smoked salmon but was first told no as smoked salmon is expensive but this was untrue as actually cheaper than the two items together and then got told they don't have much salmon so I couldn't have that as an option. I then decided to order eggs with toast with salmon at extra cost and received a huge amount of salmon. Absolutely flabbergasted at this! Anyway food was ok but I when I'm eating out, it's all about the service for me too. My friend asked for water after we received our food and was told where she could get it. Anyway I've tried it and thought price was bit high. The actual cafe is pretty but that's about it. An annoying fly did keep disturbing me and was surprised being indoors on a 2nd floor mall! It's good to try places out and would rate it 5/10. Staff could do with customer service training, after all it is part of the hospitality industry.. My meal was £10.20. This did not include any drinks and my tea was £2.90. Quite pricey for Ilford in my opinion. Parking: Paid car park
Fantastic coffee shop. Very good customer service . Accessible for wheel chair . They also have facility of Disable toilet . Clean and nice place to sit. Food was wonderful.
Salted caramel latte was extremely good including this smoothie. Improvement would be if the menu was halal. Staff was extremely friendly !
Central location in The Exchange shopping mall, Ilford. Good selection of 17 'all day eats', sandwiches, a bagel and some pastries. Good coffee, and a loyalty card. Usually staffed by polite staff. You just need to get a table number when ordering. Can be bit noisy, it's open on two sides on level 2 near the escalators. Plus the usual irritating pop music on the PA system. Otherwise good. Parking: Parking is in the main mall car park by ANPR automatic number plate recognition, so you'll need a debit/credit card or mobile phone to pay at one of the machines on various levels of the mall car park.
Scrambled eggs were so chunky & bland. Everything was thrown into the plate. The eggs were already on the toast and the butter was served seperate. Surely you should have buttered the toast before putting the egg on it. The blueberries were frozen in the pancake and the pancake had no taste. Overall the food is very bland i wasted £20 and should have gone to starbucks instead.
Really lovely place! They do some of the BEST coffee around. The staff are lovely and very approachable. There is a little fountain where you can get free water. The atmosphere is also very modern and aesthetic!
Nice coffee shop serving hot and cold food and drinks. Staff were really nice and helpful, very polite and genuine. Coffee was good. Food was ok. The atmosphere was ok. Worth visiting and stopping for if you're in the area. Probably one of the best coffee stops in the area.Food: 4/5
Food/ all fine. Staff... big mess this is my last time here. Happen to me and 2 other castomers today. Food coming like expected but no coffee. I have informed staff after 20 minutes.... and waiting... another 10 minutes... 2nd conversation with personel and they playing dummies. We didn't charge you for a coffee. Likely I have a proof... this place become a joke. I was regular customer last 6 months... enough is enough. One more think... its cold...
