John at PEDAL UP was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained why the issues with my bike were occurring and offered advice on other cycling related issues which was helpful. Within 4 hours my bike was ready for collection. The price was very reasonable and the bike feels as good as new to ride now. Thank you for the excellent service.
Brilliant service!! Dropped the bike off late morning and I got a message to say it was ready by late afternoon. The price was incredibly good too. I won’t bother going back to anywhere like Halfords now. Very friendly too and explained why some of the issues with the bike were happening which was helpful. Thank you
Just moved in to the area and my bike was in dire need of a service and a few alignments. John at PEDAL UP conpleted all of this for me to an extremely high standard and very reasonable price. The cycle home was a joy and the bike feels like new. I have already booked my wife's bike in for the same. He was also happy to share his knowledge of cycle routes in the area and Burnham as a whole. Highly recommend.
John fixed up my very poorly 40 yr old Raleigh Connoisseur which had various problems and now it rides like a new bike again!! I'd recommend Pedal Up to anyone in the Essex area! Excellent service. Andy
